Shipping and Return Policies


Shipping Terms

3D printed items are printed and shipped from our main headquarters in Saratoga Springs, New York, USA.  3D items are expected to be shipped within 2 business days after printing is complete.  You will receive tracking information once they are shipped. 

 

Some items have longer shipping times such as high-demand tech gadgets, back orders, or temporarily out of stock items.  Items from outside manufacturers will be marked as "Extended Shipping Times" if shipping times are anticipated to be longer than 20 days.  You will be provided a tracking number or estimated delivery date within 5 business days of your order.  If shipping times do not meet your expectations, you have the option to cancel your order.

 

Return Policy

Our return policy for full refund is 15 days.  If 15 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, we may offer an exchange at our discretion.

 

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt of the item.  To start your return, email us at return@benwareITsolutions.com, and include your order number, date of receipt and reason for requesting a return. 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):  Products with obvious signs of overuse, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.  In some cases, we can exchange a damaged item for the same item.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processing status.  Most refunds will be processed within five business days to the original method of payment.  

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund in a reasonable amount of time, first check with your bank or credit card account to determine if a refund is processing.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If you prefer that the refund be credited to the buyer’s method of payment, please indicate this in your return message to return@benwareITsolutions.com.

 

Shipping a Return

Return instructions along with a shipping label will be emailed to you if the return is approved.
